Yolaine's Peony Red velvet is a lightweight mousse lipstick with a soft matte finish and rich, buildable colour. Use a dab for a natural bitten-lip look or layer for bold intensity. Doubles as a creamy blush for cheeks. Vegan, cruelty-free, and made in Italy, this highly pigmented formula requires little product and does not dry the lips. Rouge Mousse can also be used in blush to enhance cheekbones.
